josiah never fails to do the unexpected. the gorilla stuffed toy (which reminded him of me -_-") that he gave years ago, the unusual-looking sheep stuffed toy, a self-heat device, a jigsaw puzzle and pooh stuffed toy and most recently, a musical box. All these were given by him to me when i least expected it. Thus, one of the attitudes that i had adopted in this r/s was "just expect the unexpected from him".
but nothing beats what happened yest. Had dinner at macs. dont know whether you had felt this way before: when all u need is just a couple of fries more to make ur dinner satisfying, and it just didnt happen? i had this horrible feeling yesterday. josiah happily stuffed the last 3 fries on the tray, when i remarked that i ate too much. i was soooooo upset that he ruined my satisfying dinner! So, i kept harping on that 3 fries for the next 15 mins and told him that i would not stop for the rest of the evening. Not wanting that to happen, Josiah went back to Macs and made a request - "Can I have 3 fries for my gf?" and guess what - he got them! yup, 3 - nothing more and nothing lesser. and i thought he was gng to embarrass himself for making that request, but the staff were game enough. i didnt know how i should react when i saw those 3 fries. but i guess at the end of the day, what josiah did was, sweet : ))) smthg that you may think is silly to be happy about, but it will take me lots of courage to make such a weird request.
so, thanks darling! another item to add to my list of "unexpected things josiah did" : D
