well, today was a day well spent..wanna thank God for helpful pple around me, who happen to be frens of mum...i have to hand in a report by tues on the topic "islamic banking" and the info tat i had were either out-dated or not too relevant..THANK GOD!!! my mum actually knows a couple of frens in the banking industry and they were sooooo helpful!!!!! one even printed out info bout islamic banking..and they're "inside stuff" hahah...and another guy, whom i'm gng to speak to tmr is doin investments at HSBC..and wat's more he's a bro-in-Christ..haha..thank God for perfect timing and the right pple..i must start building up my network now for internship : )
went to the hospital today to visit dear daniel..one of the YFers..i'm very encouraged by his optimism...instead of blaming anyone for the accident he had during training..he could tell us tat he believes God has a purpose for allowing the accident to happen..and he wasn't gng to blame God or anyone else..i'm really really encouraged by tat..when one is at the most vulnerable period, he naturally starts blaming everything and everyone, including himself..but if we have Almighty God in our lives, we can rejoice in trials! for my God makes no mistake : ) He's a sovereign God!
